The core workshop tiers offer immersive sessions designed to provide parents with a comprehensive foundation in ADHD neuroscience, executive function development, and evidence-based parenting strategies.
Each session blends theory with real-world application, ensuring that parents gain both a deep understanding of ADHD-related challenges and practical tools to support their child effectively.
By focusing on self-awareness, impulse control, working memory, emotional regulation, and problem-solving, these workshops equip parents with structured, actionable strategies that can be applied at home, in school, and in social settings.
Through expert-led discussions, interactive exercises, and guided implementation, parents leave each session with the knowledge and confidence to foster their child’s growth and success.

- By the end of the day, parents will leave with evidence-based tools and a clear action plan to help their child thrive in daily life.

Tier 2: Nonverbal and Verbal Working Memory
- This workshop explores how working memory affects learning and organisation. Parents will learn how verbal and non-verbal memory impact planning, task completion, and retention.
- Using Dr. Russell Barkley’s model, parents will explore how working memory deficits impact learning, organisation, and task completion in children with ADHD.
